It hasn't even been two weeks...and I miss you like crazy

Well, I've done it...no, I haven't got a job yet...but I started the blog that we talked about doing so it will be easier for us to stay in touch. I would hate for one of us to fall off the face of the Earth like our once dear friend Jodi did.

Firstly, I miss you all very much and hope that you are all doing well.

Secondly, Did you watch the last two episodes of the Bachelorette?!

Correct me if I'm wrong, but when we watched the season premier we had our picks.
Judy...You picked Sasha the, oil and gas company guy or whatever he was. Sorry, he was sent home.
Kristin...You picked Juan, the mamma's boy who might not know he is gay yet. He's still on the show but none of the other guys like him, especially David, who has threatened to kill him on numerous occasions.
Caton...I'm not quite sure who you had, there was Wes, the country singer, and then there was Mr. Nashville. I think Nashville went home, but Wes is laying on the charm thick, and it disgusts me.
My picks...well, I have to say I'm doing quite well. There's Jake, the pilot, who I would take home in a heart beat. Their one-on-one date was absolutely amazing! There was also Kiptyn, who is also still around. She doesn't know what to think of him but she really does like to kiss him.

My call is Jake is going to be one lucky man at the end of all this.
If you've been watching feel free to throw in your opinions.

Well, girls what are you up to? I've just been applying for jobs all over the country and hoping that something will work out for the better. I have some pretty good leads, and if I don't have a job by August, there is a very real possibility that a job will be opened for me at the Vet School right here in Ithaca.

I make the long tedious journey back home to New Hampshire this weekend, and who knows what awaits for me there. A mother who will hound me about picking up things, a brother who will constantly be competing with me to see who can get a job first (I hope I win), a father who has already planned numerous projects around the house that I am supposed to help complete, and of course the dog, who makes all the other things worth it.

Well, I'm going to say goodnight, now that i've rambled on for so long. Ithaca and Cornell just aren't the same without you.

Naomi
